IntroducingMichael Cotler

To transform not only of the business structure but my challenge of both the mindset and keeping the board/owners accountable to their actions/reactions is equally as valuable.

My focus is to look at the business as a whole – focusing on SALES (front end) & PROFITABILITY (back end)
However – its what happens in between these two points that will define the success or failure of your initiative or business as a whole.

The following comments made by clients are routinely mentioned when we start talking

“It’s much harder than I anticipated being in business”.
“My business is erratic, and I find I cannot plan for the future”.
“The money’s not great for the effort I’m putting in”.
“It actually costs me money to own this business”.
“I’m always busy and often stressed”.
“I feel quite alone and isolated, I don’t really have anyone I can turn to for help”.
“I feel like I have good business, but need some new ideas and help to take it up a level”.

I adopt the mantra of an ‘unreasonable friend’, which means that I do not always tell you what you want to hear (as uncomfortable as that may be).

I am very supportive in all that I do, however, I am not afraid to challenge the business owner on ‘sanity checking’ their motive and perceived outcomes/payoffs. This combination is exceptionally powerful and leads to new actions/focus and better results.
